Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you and Saga AI Research Labs ("Saga", "we", "us") regarding your use of Dora, including the doravideo.com website, the Dora iOS app, and the Dora connector for Claude (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Dora is an AI video and image generation platform. The Services let you submit text prompts and reference images to third-party AI models (including ByteDance SeeDance, Google Veo, Google Nano Banana, OpenAI GPT-4o Image, ChatGPT 2 Image, Kuaishou Kling, xAI Grok, ElevenLabs SFX, and our in-house Dora model) and receive generated content. The Services are available on the web, on iOS via the App Store, and as a connector for Claude (Anthropic).

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate registration information, be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction), and maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately report unauthorized access to sagalabs@proton.me.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Generate or attempt to generate content depicting minors in sexual contexts (CSAM); content that incites violence; harassment, defamation, or unlawful targeting of an individual; non-consensual sexual content; or deepfakes intended to deceive or defame;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the Services or any underlying model;
• Resell access to the Services or operate a competing AI generation service on top of them without written permission;
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, fair-use caps, or any payment mechanism;
• Use the Services to disrupt, attack, or overload our infrastructure or that of our processors.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice. Where required by law, we report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Accuracy

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or unrealistic. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any output for your intended use.

5.2 Ownership of Output

Subject to applicable law and the third-party model providers' terms, you own the content you generate using the Services for your personal or commercial use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any reference images or prompts you submit.

5.3 Likeness and Reference Images

You may only upload images of people who have given you explicit consent to be used as a reference. You must not upload images of minors or of public figures with the intent to deceive.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

We own the Services, including the website, iOS app, Claude connector, our in-house Dora model, the "Dora" name and logo, and all related software and documentation.

6.2 Your Content License

You retain ownership of prompts and images you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Services (including transmission to third-party AI processors named in our Privacy Policy).

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscriptions and Coins

Dora is monetized via subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Plus, Max) and one-time coin packs. iOS purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Coins are consumed as you generate content; subscription coins refresh on each billing cycle.

7.2 Refunds

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or by Apple App Store policy. To request a refund on iOS, contact Apple directly. To request a refund on web, contact sagalabs@proton.me.

7.3 Price Changes

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their original price until the next renewal.

8. The Claude Connector

The Dora connector for Claude (the MCP server at doravideo.com/mcp) lets Claude (Anthropic) call Dora generation tools on your behalf. By adding the connector, you authorize Claude to consume coins from your Dora account when you ask Claude to generate content. You can revoke authorization at any time from Claude's Settings → Connectors. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how Claude transmits your requests to us; ours governs what happens after a generation request reaches Dora.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms, including claims arising from content you generate or upload.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the iOS app or by contacting sagalabs@proton.me. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
